GQS Philippines will oversee the full compliance lifecycle for both frameworks. For SOC 2, this includes controls assessment and attestation by an independent US AICPA-approved Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm against the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. For PCI DSS, PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC)-approved Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs) will conduct a formal v4.0 assessment of Flow Data Center’s cardholder data environment, producing a Report on Compliance (ROC) and Attestation of Compliance (AOC) accepted by all major card networks.
